West Texas Counseling & Guidance (WTCG) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization working to ensure that individuals and families seeking mental health treatment should have access to counseling services, regardless of their socioeconomic status and ability to pay.

• Providing Evidence-Based Outpatient Counseling Services
• Serving 36 counties in Texas and 3 counties in Southeastern New Mexico
• Providing services through telehealth or face-to-face sessions
  
  

PBCG is the New Mexico division of West Texas Counseling & Guidance (WTCG). We operate as one organization with the same mission, leadership, and commitment to quality care across the Permian Basin.
