Tammy O'Neal, LCSW

Tammy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Angelo State University in 2016 and 2020 respectively.  

Tammy began her career with medical social work in hospital and hospice settings assisting individuals and families with life transitions, depression, grief and caregiver support. Tammy then moved on to work in a psychiatric setting providing individual and group therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient hospitalizations. She has worked with adults and children suffering from anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship stressors, suicidal ideations, trauma, mood disorders, and psychosis. Tammy is a veteran of the United States Navy and has experience working with Active Duty individuals.

Tammy has specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, CAM’s Care Suicide Prevention training, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She believes in creating a therapeutic alliance that is client centered, and strengths based. Tammy uses CBT to guide clients in recognizing how unhealthy or faulty thought processes can affect feelings and behaviors. She is interested in working with adults and adolescents 12 years and older.

Tammy is located on the 11th floor of the Cactus Hotel. She has been with WTCG since October 2021.

In 2017, Paul earned a Bachelor of Security Studies in Intelligence, Security Studies, and Analysis and later earned a Masters of Science in Homeland Security in 2018 from Angelo State University. He recently received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston.

He started as the Military Veteran Peer Network (MVPN) Peer Services Coordinator for the Concho Valley with West Texas Counseling and Guidance in 2018 and is now the Director of Veterans' Services at WTCG.

He is officed on the 1st floor of the Cactus, 36 E. Twohig Ave, Suite 110.
